On Friday, June 27th, Songs for a Stronger Tomorrow returns to 100 Acre Brewing for an afternoon and evening of live music, community connection, and fundraising in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association HKPR. After raising over $3,500 during last year’s inaugural event, our goal for 2026 is to raise $5,000 to help support local mental health and addictions programs across our region.
Running from 1:30 PM – 9:00 PM, this year’s event will feature a full lineup of local singer-songwriters and musicians, local artisan booths, a silent auction, face painting for kids, community education opportunities through CMHA HKPR, and food provided by Lowlands Fire Foods. 100 Acre Brewing will once again be generously hosting the event on their grounds, helping us create an accessible and welcoming space centred around music, connection, and giving back.
We are currently accepting sponsors, silent auction donations, and local artisan/vendor applications for the 2026 event. Anyone interested in getting involved can complete the form below or contact Pat directly at 705-930-2797 or PatrickReesMusic@gmail.com
Thank You Peterborough!
June 28th, 2025 was a day of amazing live music, family fun, and community building at "Songs for a Stronger Tomorrow". Local businesses, artists, and the community rallied in support of the CMHA’s mental health and addiction programs in Peterborough and the Kawarthas, raising $3500 in cash and online donations. The beautiful venue at 100 Acre Brewing was buzzing with connection, community, and great music!
Our first annual all-ages, Pay-What-You-Can event was a great success, and sparked inspiration for our team to continue running and growing this event in years to come! Thank you to all who contributed to make this event a success, and we look forward to seeing you in 2026!
